Refund Policy

WorldCup Timeline Friends offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Fan Pass. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email support@worldcuptimeline.net with your order number and we will forward the request to Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your Fan Pass access will be removed. Funds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
